Yellow Bourbon Brazilian Arabica Beans (Microlot) - Our most popular coffee, Single Origin 1200 Meters Above Sea Level. This farm in Alta Vista has two varietals, Yellow Catuaí and Yellow Bourbon which are both prized speciality coffee for their clarity of fruit and sweetness.
The coffee trees in the farm are protected from the sun and occasional strong winds by the banana crop that provides additional income to the farm also they have a small lake stocked with carp and trout for the family and farm-workers. Recently, this - speciality coffee farm’s micro natural crop came second in the Cup of Excellence.
