Shipping policy
Delivery will be to the address on the account or delivery address (if applicable), unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering or on the purchase order. All orders will be subject to a delivery charge unless arrangements for collection are made at the time of ordering. All goods are sent by courier with the exception of some off shore deliveries which are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Full details of all delivery charges are available from the “Order Desk” under Couriers, or Shipping Classes, or on request.We aim to dispatch all orders placed online at www.artisancoffeeroasters.co.uk within 48 hours Monday to Friday however, if we have/had a promotion running, we appreciate your maximum patience for your order to be dispatched as there may be a delay of up to a week to dispatch (all orders will remain freshly prepared on the day it's dispatched).
Orders placed on bank holidays or during other closure periods will be dispatched as soon as possible, depending on the amount of orders we receive during this time.
