Single Origin 1200 Meters Above Sea Level. This farm in Alta Vista has two varietals, Yellow Catuaí and Yellow Bourbon which are both prized speciality coffee for their clarity of fruit and sweetness.

A medium roast with low acidity and a sweet marzipan notes and clean finish.

**90g El Salvador Santa Ana Bourbon Coffee (Microlot-limited crop)
Single Origin 1150 Meters Above Sea Level. San Francisco Farm in El Salvador within the Ilatepeq mountain range has been producing great coffees with harvest from October to February. Picked by hand and dried on raised beds.

Medium roast brining out a sweet bourbon citrus and fruity flavours.

**90g Mexico Bourbon Single Estate Coffee
The Decaf Mountain Water Washed Mexico HG is a traceable single estate speciality coffee from the Finca La Laja farm close to the village of Huatusco in the state of Veracruz. La Laja is owned by Hermilo Sampieri. For three generations, the Sampieri family has produced speciality coffee on approx. 500 ha of La Laja farm at 1,100masl utilizing an average temperature from 15-22 Grad Celsius, fertile soil and a tropical climate with an annual rainfall of 2000 ml. Today, the farm is certified for its sustainable production with RFA and 4C. The name "La Laja" is derived from the name of stone common in the region of Huatusco, Veracruz.

This speciality coffee has a nice spicy, chocolate, sweet and lemon flavours with bright acidity and clean aftertaste.

**90g Ethiopia Single Origin Konga Yirgacheffe Natural
Our Konga coffee, from a microregion within the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, is named after the local tribe, Konga Sede, and comes from the Konga washing station located near the kebele (village) of Sede.

Stone-fruit flavours of peach and apricot and when this is combined with processing as a natural, the result is dried cherry, cranberry, and lemonade-like acidity.
